Starting May 12, 2019, your employees who are plan members have a new secure way to get in touch with the plan – Message Centre in My Account.
Message Centre saves members’ messages and our responses, and members can reference their saved conversations anytime.
Members will receive an email notification when we post a response in Message Centre, so please encourage your employees to keep their contact information—especially their personal email address—current in My Account.
