Board trustees
Meet the College Pension Board of Trustees.
BC's College Pension Plan is jointly managed by 10 trustees nominated and appointed by the four plan partners – the British Columbia General Employees' Union, the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators of BC, the Post-Secondary Employers' Association and the Province of British Columbia. The trustees appoint a board chair and vice-chair.
The mission of the College Pension Board of Trustees is to provide a reliable source of retirement income by keeping the pension promise established by the partners.
The board also appoints directors to the boards of British Columbia Pension Corporation (which provides benefit administration services) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (which provides investment management services).
