BC General Employees’ Union labour disruption
Service update: New agreement ratified by union employees
Thank you for your patience and understanding during our transition back to normal service levels after the labour disruptions from BCGEU and Canada Post.
While we work through the backlog and new requests, some responses may take longer than usual.
Key impacts:
- Submitted requests via email, paper mail, or Message Centre that weren’t actioned during the disruption are being reviewed and processed accordingly.
- Personalized pension planning appointments – New appointments will be offered starting December 1, 2025.
Members are encouraged to use Message Centre via My Account to send and receive documents securely.
