As of April 1, 2010, the WorkSafeBC Pension Plan trustees are:

Steve Barnett–Employer Trustee
Stuart Smith–Member Trustee

There are two trustees responsible for the overall supervision of the plan. The trustees are appointed by the WorkSafeBC Board of Directors—one to represent the members of the plan, and one to represent WorkSafeBC. The trustees, among other responsibilities, are responsible for the prudent investment of the assets of the pension fund.
