Free workshop: Approaching Retirement
You’ve worked for your pension, and you’ve earned it! As retirement approaches, it’s time to make sure your pension works for you. The decisions you make about your pension as retirement approaches are important so planning for retirement now can make your transition easier.

Approaching Retirement is offered across BC in an area near you.
This workshop is interactive with plenty of time for discussion and a chance to ask questions. And, you’ll be given a handbook you can take home.
Seating capacity and your preferred workshop date
To make sure the workshop is interactive and to maximize your learning, space is limited to 35 seats. They fill quickly so register early to make sure you attend the date of your choice. If the workshop is full, you can be put on a waitlist. Or, you could take a workshop at an alternative location.
You may only sign up for or be waitlisted for one workshop.
If you want to cancel a workshop you’ve registered for, either respond to your confirmation email or give us a call. You may also cancel your registration in My Account, if that's how you registered.
Attending a workshop
Please make sure you have your supervisor’s permission to attend a workshop if it’s scheduled during your work hours or you need to travel. We do not cover the cost for you to attend the workshop. To make the registration process easiest for you, we suggest registering after you have your supervisor’s permission.
If a colleague would also like to attend a workshop with you, please encourage them to register themselves.
