The Senior Developer — Middleware Configuration contributes to the technical design, development, enhancement and maintenance of the Pension Corporation’s information systems and services. This position is responsible for the delivery of application server and middleware analysis, development, configuration and administration. The position includes operational and user support for all Oracle application server, middleware, and WebLogic infrastructures and environments. This includes but is not limited to Oracle Portal and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) databases, Oracle Web Center Content Management (WCC) Oracle BI Publisher and Redwood Cronacle. The Senior Developer - Middleware Configuration ensures integration with underlying operational systems and hosted applications. This position includes installation, configuration, development, code migration, and problem identification/resolution within the middleware environments.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • University degree in computer science or related discipline and 4 years of related experience; OR
  • diploma in computer science or related discipline and 5 years of related experience; OR
  • certificate in computer science or related discipline, or program completion, and 5 years of related experience; OR
  • an equivalent combination of education, training and/or 7 years of related experience.
