We take a deliberate approach to planning, with well sequenced planning activities and plans that are aligned. Our strategic plan, From 12 to 21, provides the overall direction and sets our path for the period from 2012 to 2021. From 12 to 21 identifies our business drivers, our corporate goals and the outcomes we aim to achieve. The three-year Service Delivery Plans identify our service commitments to the pension plan boards of trustees and determine our client service focus in three year increments. Finally, our divisional business plans show how we will meet our service commitments and achieve the goals of the strategic plan.
