These stages of development do not occur identically in every organization. Still, the Pension Corporation's stages of development reflect familiar inflection points shared by many top companies as they grow, evolve and seek even better ways of doing business and supporting staff. Evolution from our first phase (establishment as Pension Corporation in 2000), to a client-service success story have taken us through stages 1 and 2. Through From 12 to 21, we have an opportunity to build on our track record and position the Pension Corporation for continued success in its second decade.
